Last week was stressful at work but I only had a 3 day week which was exactly what I needed, so I have been able to kind of catch up on things at home and spend quality time with my family.
This week is going to be a week of cooking whatever is in the freezer until I go food shopping.

Roast dinner with all the trimmings
