Terms and Conditions for Giveaways and Competitions

Please check each giveaway/competition for any specific t&c, but these ones apply to all posted on Life of an Auntie.

1) Competitions and Giveaways are open to UK residents only, unless stated otherwise.

2) The winner(s) will be chosen at random via Rafflecopter and will be announced on the widget. Links will be posted on Facebook and Twitter.

3) Winner(s) will be contacted via email (and Twitter/Facebook if available) within 3 days of the competition/giveaway ending. If they do not respond with 28 days, a new winner will be drawn.

4) Details of the winner may be passed onto the PR company or brand, but will not be passed on to any third parties by Life of an Auntie.

5) Unless stated, prizes will be sent directly to the winner from the PR company or brand, in which case Life of an Auntie takes no responsibility for damage or nondelivery. If any problems, Life of an Auntie will contact the company on your behalf.

6) The company or brand reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of similar value or type if the prize stated is unavailable.

7) Anyone who has not completed the mandatory entries or have failed to enter correctly will be disqualified, as will software/automated bulk entries. Comments that do not answer the given question will not be counted. Comments may not appear immediately due to moderation.

8) Competition/Giveaway start and end dates will be clearly shown on the Rafflecopter widget.
