Wow, It has been rather a long time since I last did these, Life has been really full on with one thing or another. I am still adjusting to life back at work (nearly 10months) , working full time and juggling 2 kids but loving it. The first thing to try and sort out was our meals as we have had a lot of takeaway meals, so I wanted to try and get meals sorted first and get back on track.
We’ve also got half term this week to throw in the mix and doesn’t seem 5 minutes since they went back to school after Christmas.

Jacket Potatoes with Tuna/Sweetcorn and Beans & cheese
Chicken goujon wraps & salad
Toad in the hole with roast potatoes, veg and gravy
Tuna & sweetcorn fritters with herby potatoes & salad
Air fryer Salmon with sweet potatoes and salad
Tuna Pasta Bake with Garlic bread
Roast Dinner with all the trimmings
