Welcome

Our weekly meal plan! 02/02/26 – 08/02/26 #MealPlanningMonday

Last week was a another busy one but the kids are finally settled back in. The weather has been rubbish and i really hope we have a decent Spring soon because our garden looks like a lake currently with all the rain we have had.

We went over to the in laws on Sunday after Freddie’s footy match again as it was round the corner then we popped out to go look at another caravan but it got sold again while we were there so back to drawing board.

Last weeks meal plan was good, everyone enjoyed some of the new Sainsbury meals. My favourite meal was the Tandoori Chicken Burgers. We all enjoyed the hearty fry up on Sunday.

This week is looking very quiet other than kids clubs after school, footy training and cubs not much going on which is nice.

On the menu this week we have:

Monday – Sticky chicken traybake

This is another new recipe for us off sainsbury’s website. Not sure how the kids will like this but they both like Chicken and potatoes. We will have it with Salad on the side.

Tuesday – Chicken fajita pasta

We all love chicken, pasta and fajita’s so combining the two together should be delicious and super quick and easy to make.

Wednesday – Jacket Potatoes

Wednesday are crazy because Freddie has football training 6pm – 7pm and Phoebe’s at my parents so we don’t eat together so need meals that I can cook and warm up when they get home.

Thursday – Prosciutto-wrapped, baked mozzarella chicken

Thursday’s I Work from home so i can make a bit more of an effort with tea. Will have this with broccoli and roast potatoes.

Friday – Pizza & chips

Kids go to my parents so I only need to plan meals for me and Tom which is nice so something with minimal effort to be honest.

Saturday – Chicken schnitzel with sweet potato wedges

This is another new recipe for us off sainsbury’s website. Will have this with beans and baby corn.

Sunday – Roast Dinner with all the trimmings

Gammon joint, roast potatoes, parsnips, pigs in blankets, Yorkshire puddings, vegetables and gravy

What are you eating this week?
