So last week was OK but our meal plans didn’t go as straight forward as I thought. Wednesday’s meal we had Thursday night as Wednesday I had my nephews school leavers play from 6pm and didn’t get home till gone 8pm so I ended up ordering a MacDonald for my tea. Then Sunday we ended up going out for tea with friends which was lovely.
It’s the start of the 6 weeks holidays I believe too for most of you so I hope you all have some great plans made for the summer.
All is quiet now for us no more birthday’s or party’s to be organised. It my parents wedding anniversary this week but that’s it.

Beef and vegetable stir fry with egg noodles
Garlic & herb lamb steaks, creamy mash & gravy
Spaghetti Bologenese with pasta
Roast chicken joint with all the trimmings
