Another week that has flown by. Christmas is just a distant memory now it’s seems a long time ago to me.
We haven’t really changed our eating habits but are just trying to make our portions smaller and so far it is working well.
This weeks meal plan has:
Cottage Pie with Veg
Pizza & Salad
Pukka Pie & homemade chips
Lasagna & salad
Sausage, mash, onion gravy and veg
Chicken wrapped in bacon in puff pastry with wedges
Roast dinner with all the trimmings
