Serenz Allergy Relief Review

I have always for many years suffered with hay fever, and I hate it, the constant sneezing, coughing, sore red puffy itchy eyes and runny nose and not even being able to go and sit in my own back garden makes me depressed and very fed up.

I have tried so many different products to try and relieve the signs and symptoms of hay fever before it has a chance to take hold of me, but nothing seems to work for a long period of day, normally just a few hours.

How does the C9 works?

Days 1 & 2 –  Unfortuantly you can’t eat on the first two days, You take supplements, Aloe Vera Gel, 1 fibre sachet, 1 Shake (Chocolate/Vanilla) a day and plenty of water through the days along with any of your free foods such as tomatoes, cucumber, Spring onions, lettuce and plenty of fruit too grapes, apples, strawberries and blueberries (see booklets for more).

Days 3 – 9 – You take the same as days 1&2 with supplements, Aloe Vera Gel & can now have 2 shakes (1 at breakfast and either one at lunch or tea) and 1 meal up to 600 calories (Lunch/Dinner).  So say you have a shake at lunch you eat your 600 calorie meal at night or you can switch it round and have your meal at lunch time and your shake at tea time whatever works best for you and your lifestyle.

The benefits of doing the C9 are amazing, it helps in many different ways as it extracts and cleanses your body from the inside.  It gives you more energy, makes you less tired and stops that bloaty feeling.  I have tried several diets before from weight Watchers, Special K and Slim fast and nothing was as effective as the Forever cleanse.  I would recomend this to anyone that would like to try and lose weight and tone up.

My weight lose was around 1 stone in 9 days plus losing inches for different parts of my body, I felt great in myself and was really pleased with the results I got.
